Single room available in family home. All 21 and over. Our household consists of three adults, 2 of which do a lot of traveling so most of the time it would be just one other female person in the house. Shared front room, dining space, garden, Kitchen. Easy to park.
Looking ideally for someone that can move in at the end of the month as currently decorating and replacing the carpet. Ideally female and staying for at least 2-3 months.
Close to amenities and good transport links. 251 and 34 bus stop a few minutes walk away taking you to either Arnos Grove - Piccadilly line or Totteridge and Whetstone northern line, New Southgate station 10 minute walk.

The room is a small single room. Bright, clean and has plenty of storage. Single bed, chest of draws. Separate (shared) bathroom/ toilet, large front room and small garden.
This is a home from home.
