Large Single room in comfy maisonette

Hi. I am renting this room for short stay preferably, 3 months, but open to longer term if needed. This is a great opportunity when you haven’t yet found your ideal place and need something in the meantime. I will be living abroad for 6 months of this year, my 25 year old son will be living here throughout the year. The toilet/shower room is shared by my son and you. There is a bus right outside that can take you to tube stations, Arnos or Southgate. There are other bus lines 200 mts from the house.
This is a ground floor maisonette. Very functional and comfy. The house has a spacious kitchen if you like cooking. You don’t need to bring anything as is all furnished and I can facilitate bedding and towels. If you work from home most days I will require an additional £50 a month to just help pay the gas/electricity bills. Driveway parking for small car available.
