Room for Rent in Creative North London Townhouse**

My friend and housemate is unfortunately moving out, so I'm looking to fill his room! You won't find a bigger flat for so little money (+ no deposit! and free parking) - £650 a month

The house: HUGE place with two medium sized rooms and a spare room/office. Biggest living room I've ever seen with high ceilings and loads of light and many lovely plants. Nice backyard decking area for barbecues that gets loads of sun through the afternoon. Good but small kitchen and bathroom.

Me: I'm a laidback masters student studying music production and an occasional DJ (don't worry, I don't practice very often!). While I don't party, the place is so big that you can have people over and I'd never hear you from upstairs - so you're welcome to hang out.

Location: Don't believe Google Maps! The house is three minutes door to door to New Southgate station, where the Welwyn Garden City line takes you to Finsbury Park in 10 minutes and central London (Moorgate or Kings Cross, + many others) in 15 or so. 10 minute walk to Piccadilly Line - but we rarely use it. Good bus links to Wood Green, Walthamstow.

Amenities: Free parking, ten minute walk to Aldi, B&M, M&S, Homebase. Right next to a good Turkish food store, a co-op, takeaways and a great wine store/off-license. 15 minute walk to several nice parks.

Bonus: You get to live with my gorgeous French Bulldog, Boo Boo. She's (relatively) well-behaved and an all round lovely girl. Plenty of kisses and cuddles.

I'm a musician and electronic music student, so if you're into music or any other creative field, this place is perfect for you. I love cooking and socializing but also value my own space. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who's either a student or a professional in the creative industry.
