Double/single room in owner-occupied flat

I'm a live-in owner looking for a quiet, respectful lodger to rent a furnished room in a clean, well-kept flat near New Southgate and Arnos Grove stations.

The flat is calm and tidy and would suit someone who values a peaceful, warm home after work. I am easygoing and easy to get along with, and up for chats and the occasional activity, but also very much enjoy my space and alone-time. Ideally the lodger would have a similar vibe.

I work from home twice a week and will usually work in the living room

The double room:

- Furnished with a king-sized bed and large wardrobe

- Bright and well-ventilated

- ideal for one person

The single room:

- Furnished with a brand new single bed (with storage drawers), wardrobe and small chest of drawers (new photos to be uploaded)

- Bright, cosy and well-ventilated

- ideal for one person

The flat:

- shared kitchen and bathrooms (one and a half bathrooms)

- Fully furnished, clean and well-maintained

- 70 - inch TV in living room

- Great transport links (Picadilly line, Thameslink and Great Northern)

- Shops, gyms, post office, chemist and other amenities nearby

- free-on street parking
- washer/dryer available
- dishwasher available

Bills include:

- wifi
- electric
- gas
- water
- Council tax

These are included up to a certain amount to ensure we stay mindful of usage and anything over that amount will be split equally

Location:

7 min walk to Arnos Grove (Piccadilly line) - 20 min to King's Cross
- 28 min to Leicester Square

4 min walk to New Southgate station

Who I'm looking for:

A tidy, respectful working professional, who will pay rent on time and treat the flat like a home.

Move-in date is flexible
