New Southgate - One Bedroom For Rent

Hello I have a furnished room for rent. A big kitchen to share with a dining room included. Two toilets and a bathroom. There is also a beautiful garden as well as free parking just outside the house.

The house is only 2mins away from New Southgate railway and 5mins from Arnos grove tube station, it only takes 20-30mins to get to Central London. There are many bus stops only 2-5mins away from the house which will take you straight to Brent Cross shopping center, Wood Green, High Barnet, North Finchley and many more destinations!

I am a full time student who will be starting my Masters and LPC in September. I am looking for female flatmates only. I am quite sociable and enjoy watching movies, going out and having some fun but I also respect everyone's privacy.

I also have a little rabbit who stays in my room in his cage who is very clean and friendly he loves to be stroked and make new friends!
