Eztra large double for a single person non smoker

Lodger agreement not tenancy agreement given, for fully time employed, single person, quiet, tidy, non smoker.
The building is very privat and new build with only 4 flats opposite the church.
The kitchen is shared between 2 people. It is very quiet and will suit professional. I am looking for clean person, who can keep room clean, and clean bathroom and kitchen after use, mature! Quite time between 11pm till 7am, no cooking washing loud TV etc...
Very convenient for transport either overground New Southgate 2 min walk to the station, taking you to central London 25 minutes, or Arnos Grove station within 7 minutes walk, and local buses within couple of min walk.
preferably for fill time employed not work from home!
