Description
We are looking for a friendly. professional to share our 3 bedrooms' apartment (15 min. to Stratford and Forest Gate stations).
We have a good size furnished double room for a single person. The apartment is located on the ground floor in a Victorian building on Romford Road, E7, close to public transportation, shopping and dining.
Please note this is not a hotel, but a family home. We are open- minded and accommodating to people of all backgrounds who follow the below common sense 'rules of the road' (unfortunately, I need to mention them due to unpleasant experiences in the past). This is nothing scary and not harsh discipline like basic training in the army! It is not too much to ask, I think, that:
- Please respect your neighbors by not playing loud music at unearthly hours and causing disturbance. I could do with sleepless nights at a younger age, but not anymore.
- No Maid Service! Please clean the bathroom and kitchen after use and take out your garbage. We just ask a minimum of hygiene, not a hospital sterilization.
- The room is for 1 person only, not to be occupied later with a bunch of people.
Other than that, we respect our lodger's privacy, and let him/her do what he/she wants in own space.
Smoker OK if smoking outside.
Rent = £650 monthly with all bills included, free wireless high speed broadband internet (Virgin Media)
