We have a beautiful loft room available in this professional-only house share in East London.

We have renovated this room completely after a very long lease. The furniture was custom-made and included 2 wardrobes, a Murphy bed (hidden in the wall), a sofa, an armchair and a desk which also doubles up as a vanity unit (with hidden storage and mirror). It will be a living room/office by day and a cosy bedroom by night. It is ideal for working from home or just for having your private space to relax and exercise. It is fitted with full blackout blinds and looks out onto some really tall trees.

There is an HD projector and a motorized screen that hangs from the ceiling in front of the mirror, when in use. There's also a very cool bean bag and footstool for a comfortable Netflix experience :). The projector is a Pico Genie, in case you want to do some research :)

The house is located in Plaistow (District and Hammersmith & City lines). It's only 15 mins from the City of London (financial district) and 25 mins from the city centre (Westminster). Only a 5-minute bus ride to Westfield Stratford (the biggest shopping centre in Europe with a large array of restaurants and shops) and the Olympic Park. You can walk there in 15 mins.

There is on-street parking just outside the house.

The rent is £1100 per month. The rent includes all bills and Superfast 350 Mbps Virgin Fibre Optic Broadband. The minimum stay is 3 months.

The deposit is £1260. 00. We are not an agency. This was our family home for many years but we have moved away for work reasons and now let it out. We try to look after our tenants as best as we can by making sure the house is clean, safe and comfortable for everyone to enjoy.
