Hi everyone!
One of our current flatmates is moving out soon, so we are looking for a new flatmate to join our awesome 4 bedroom home.
You’ll be sharing the house with Crissy (32, Spanish), Molly (20, British) and Cristian (28, Colombian/Spanish) .

We are a sociable and chilled bunch, who like to enjoy a drink or watch a movie together every now and then and catch up in the evening when we all happen to be home while we cook/have dinner. At the same time, we all respect each other’s own space and enjoy our own company.

We treat the house as our home so we are looking for an individual that is looking for the same, so ideally someone clean and tidy, respectful of each other’s spaces and sociable enough. If this sounds like you, give us a shout :)

THE ROOM :
This bedroom comes with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, sofa, glass coffee table, TV, and a built in 1 door closet. The en-suite comes with toilet, sink and shower. It has windows on both sides of the room so it gets tons of light!

(No couples please)
The kitchen comes with all appliances included and we have a TV in the living area.
There is a front driveway and back garden which we use to relax, read, enjoy a glass of wine, do bbqs, etc.
Washing machine and tumble dryer (super handy!)

- Jubilee line, District line, Hammersmith and City line, DLR, National Rail

The house backs onto Memorial Park, great for running, doing exercise, playing football or even just sunbathing on the grass :)
