In a peaceful home, an exquisite EN-SUITE DOUBLE ROOM with own toilet & bath + large side storage has become available starting 21st of February 24. Perfect for SHORT TERM stays end of March or April 24. We hold a license for a single occupant, avoiding dual occupancy due to its high cost and to avoid their huge brawl at night. However, I can accept couple too with extra payment for short term let only.

Location: Nestled in zone 3, East London, our home boasts proximity to three different train stations, including Elizabeth Lane, all within a pleasant 10-12 minutes' walk. Additionally, 24/7 bus services are readily accessible, complemented by a plethora of local amenities such as shops, restaurants, and pubs.

Pricing Details:

- SHORT-TERM (1-2 months): No deposit required; simply pay in advance with a 25% surcharge on the total long-term price.
- SHORT-TERM (3-4 months): A modest deposit and rental price just £135 P. W. Including all bills. For couple just £215
P. W. Including bills+ deposit & very good valid reference.

All mentioned prices are tailored for a single and duel occupant.

For SHORT-TERM stays of a minimum of 2 weeks, enjoy a nightly rate of £45 per person, for 2 person just £55 P. N. covering all bills and services.
