The house is a lovely, newly refurbished Victorian terrace, safely located on a quiet street in Plaistow. It’s a 15-minute walk to Stratford and a 25-minute commute to the West End. Local supermarkets and the post office are also only a short walk away.

The kitchen is spacious, featuring a breakfast table, integrated washing machine, dishwasher, American fridge freezer, and gas stove.

The room is a very large, furnished double with an en-suite bathroom. It’s peaceful with plenty of natural light and privacy.

There is a garden with a lean-to area, which is great for storing bikes, etc.

**A bit about me:**
A Christian female working remotely from home. The house is a place of peace, so I’m looking for a female who shares similar values, is peaceful, and maintains a clean environment.

I have a cat who is very affectionate yet minds her own business. She’s also trained. I maintain a high standard of cleanliness, especially with respect to pet care.

A cleaner visits once a month. Additional fees apply for cleaning the room.
