Possibility of renting an on-road parking space.
You are welcome to enjoy all the communal spaces, including:
- Modern and clean bathroom with toilet, heated towel rail, powerful shower and bath.
- Fitted kitchen with a shared fridge freezer, oven, hob, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and kettle.
- Cosy living/dining room with a comfortable sofa and armchair, TV, dining table.
- You can also relax in our south-facing garden with seating area, table and bathing chairs where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and diner during the warmer months.

We are a couple, Sarah and Alex, both easy-going, clean & tidy, quiet and respectful of our guests.
We are both professional, no smokers.
Please note that we have two cats. They are very lovely, sweet and love cuddles.
