Hello all! I have a double bedroom to rent in my new-build 2 bed flat on the 3rd floor. Large bedroom fully furnished, plus you have your own bathroom with a bath+shower.
The living room is peaceful and the number of plants is rapidly growing! The kitchen has a large fridge freezer and plenty of storage. An added plus is the sun hits the balcony late afternoon/early evening.
Bills are all inclusive (water, gas, electric, internet, Netflix, SkyTV)
Location:
The area is beautiful. The flat is 20 seconds from the water at the docks with a beautiful independent coffee shop, and a delicious family run Indian restaurant. Plenty of local business including hair salons, Pilates studios, Starbucks.
Shops:
Local supermarket on ground floor of building.
Co-op is 4 minutes walk away.
Gallions Reach Retail Park (Tesco, Boots, Clothes stores, Pure Gym ect) 5 mins bus or 15 minute walk

Im a 34 year old A&E doctor and my wife is a 30yo A&E nurse. We like the flat to be kept clean, but not obsessive about it.
When i'm not working I am usually going on walks, or meeting friends for food and drinks.
Our dog (Indy) is around a few days/nights a week. (we co-own)
Indy is incredibly friendly and loves to cuddle.
Looking for:
Ideally a flat mate that likes a balance between chilling together in the evenings, and having their own space. Due to our shift work, it is important that a future flat mate understands we need to sleep during the day at times, and therefore is considerate, quiet and does not slam doors. Also must like dogs, for when the friendliest dog on earth comes for sleep overs.
Couples considered at a higher monthly rate.
LGBTQ+ friendly.
