Double room in 2 person flat great location

Double room available in bright Newham flat in between Stratford and Upton Park for 1 year lease, renews annually.

Previous housemate has moved out so I’m looking for someone to take over for her in the lease renewal ASAP

Location:
Bus stop 2 minutes away will take you to Stratford Station (Zone 2/3 - Jubilee, Central Line, Elizabeth Line, Overground, DLR) in a maximum of 10 minutes.
10 minute walk to Plaistow station (Zone 3 - District and Hammersmith Line)

The flat is close to shops, West Ham park is 2 minutes away and located on a quieter road. It’s easy and fast to get to both Stratford and Upton Park for supermarkets.

Bedrooms are on different levels. The room offered here is on the first floor and mine is upstairs.

Bedroom offered comes with bed only.

There is my cat in the flat. Unfortunately we’re not allowed any more pets but when she gets to know you she’ll be lovely. She’s just a bit shy at first. She’s an Arabian Mau and loves playing.

Bills not included - average around £130 each on top of rent (for electricity/gas/water/council tax). Lower in the summer!

About me:
I’m an office manager and work in my office 5 days a week so I’m not home during the day. I’m quite friendly, but love to get a glass of wine. I play video games and love a good bit of Netflix. Happy to continue to share household item costs and I’ve generally taken care of collating the bill.

About you:
Professionals preferred - an open minded chill person who doesn’t mind pets!

Since I work in central London viewings are preferred in the evening or weekends.
