Available from September 2025 – Cozy Double Room in Zone 3 with 3 differnt train stations in East London.

A warm and welcoming Double Room is now available in a shared home in Zone 3, East London, offering excellent transport links. Just a 6-minute ride to Stratford via the Elizabeth Line, and within a 10–13 minute walk to three nearby train stations, you’ll enjoy quick and easy access to all parts of Central London in 15–25 minutes. The area is also served by 24/7 bus services and multiple underground lines.

Room Details
This well-sized room (13.4 ft x 10.9 ft) is ideal for a single professional or a quiet, respectful couple. It includes:
• A comfortable Double bed
• A large wardrobe
• A foldable table and two chairs for remote work or study
• Shared bathroom with only 1–2 others

We’re looking for a peaceful, working professional or a responsible and tidy student with financial stability. The space is perfect for one, and still suitable for two if you’re looking to save some money.

Please Note:
While one person is preferred, I am open to peaceful and clean couples without children. There is an additional charge for couples to cover the extra usage of utilities and services. Kindly read full AD description.

Pricing Options

★ Long-Term Stay (6–12 months):
• £745 per month for 1 person (all bills included)
• £880 per month for couples without children.
• Deposit & reference required for long-term agreement but I can accept on instalment if cannot afford pay at a time.
• Without a deposit or with very little deposit , short let considered on flexible option.

★ Short-Term Stay (4 -6 months):
• £780 month for 1 person bills included (slightly higher due to shorter stay) + huge flexibility on deposit.
• £930 month for a couple or two friends without kids. Bills included .
• Small deposit or pay monthly in advance for the following month rent..

★ 1 to 3 Month Stay:
• £880 for 1 month, £820
per month for 2 -3 months (all bills included)
• No deposit needed, but full payment required upfront before other month start.

• Couples: £1100 for 1 month, £980 month for 2 -3 months.

. Super special OFFER FOR 2 -3 months couple only or 2 people stay. £900 per month for 2 person if can pay 2 months rent at a time and stay 2 months minimum stay .

★ Holiday Let (20–25 days):
• £45 per night for 1 person
• £65 per night for 2 persons
• Includes all bills and services
