Eleanor Rosa House is an Intercollegiate Hall open to students studying at any University in London. This room is an en-suite standard single room with a small double bed (120 x 190cm), desk, shelves, wardrobe and drawer unit. The current tenants of this 6 bedroom flat are all postgraduate students, some international, and I have to add that it has been a quiet, clean and tidy flat throughout my tenancy. We have a large shared kitchen / diner with plenty of cupboard space, two fridge / freezers, cooker, hob and microwave. There is also a seating area with two sofas and coffee table. The shared areas of the flat are cleaned weekly on a Thursday.

The flat is on the 16th floor with fantastic views towards the Aquatic Centre and Stratford. Westfield Shopping Centre is nearby, and access to all main London railway stations, London Underground and Heathrow / Gatwick airports is via Stratford International train station, which is less than a 10 minute walk away. The Olympic Park is also within easy walking distance.

The Hall is accessed via a secure entry system, with reception staff on duty 24/7 and a team of Resident Advisors on hand to answer queries.

I'm looking for a student to take over my licence agreement, which expires on 30 August 2024. If an earlier start date is needed I am happy to negotiate.
