The room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, desk, chair and double bed. Also lots of extra under bed storage. We have a nice living room with TV, sofa, and a desk if you wish to work from home. The kitchen has all appliances and a beautiful view to the waterside.
The flat is very well connected. The DLR is just a 6 minute walk away, one stop from Canning Town, Jubilee line. Or if you’d prefer 10 min walk to the Elizabeth Line, really fast to get into central London.
The two current flatmates are really friendly and work full time. Always up for a drink or chat but respectful of each other’s space.
The area is amazing, with City Hall just a walk away and many bars, restaurants, and shops. There is a Tesco a short walk from the flat, or a Morrisons in Canning Town for groceries. The flat is in front of the waterside so you will benefit from beautiful views of London. And plenty of fun activities perfect for the summer like water sports, open bars, and parks nearby.
