Rooms to let

This accommodation is a house and I have two rooms to rent.
The tenants will be sharing a bathroom between them, and this is a shared household with me and my two children.

All bills are including rent which include Water, Gas and electric, Wi-Fi, Also, there is a smart TV with Sky available for use.

The tenant should be okay with living with children, a female tenant is preferred as this is a female household. Also this is a halal household, so Muslims are preferred but not a deal breaker.

When moving in, I require the first month’s rent.
The benefit of living here is that local amenities are really close, The bus stop is outside the house and local train stations are very close.

If you are a family, I would consider renting to you as there are two rooms. Sisters, as well sharing one room is perfect as well.

All I require is that you are open, honest and reliable in Paying the rent on time.
