Cosy flat short walk from Plaistow station

Property is a second floor flat located within a terraced house. There's a communal, living room and kitchen/diner with a shared bathroom with a shower and bath. It's in a quiet cul de sack with West Ham Park at one end and Plaistow High Street at the other.

Looking for someone super friendly and chilled out to occupy the space with me. I work from home so am here quite a lot. In the evenings, I like cooking, watching films and trashy TV, playing video games and playing music. My friends and partner come over fairly regularly so it's a nice social house.

I let the property from my parents and would arrange a lodger agreement with anyone moving in. I'm council tax band B.

Would prefer a female or LGBTQI+ person but all welcome to apply.

Happy for pets but I'm allergic to cats.
