2 Month Short Term Let

Myself, and two other house mates currently share the house. We are clean and we share cleaning duties weekly. We like to play music from time to time and have people over occasionally.

There is a gym 5 minutes down the road and a Tesco and Sainsburys about 2 minutes away. There is Maryland station which has the Elizabeth line (one stop to Stratford) and is an 8 minute work. There is Stratford shopping centre and station only 12 minute walk which has the overground, central, Elizabeth line, jubilee and DLR. there is also a bunch of different buses that go passed the house.

The room can come with a bed wooden double bed frame and mattress and white ikea wardrobe or unfurnished (bed in the photos is a king size so it takes up an odd amount of room. Room is has a lot more space without

Bills are about £90pm

I working in the modelling industry and am home a lot of the time. I go out most weekends and will have friends over too.

Aneta is a dancer but also has a 9 to five but travels for work and loves to play music on the weekends. She occasionally works from home.

Joao works a 9 to 5 and is home on Wednesday. He has friends over a couple nights of the week but is quite quiet for the most part.

We all get along and are extremely relaxed. During the week days the house is quiet due to most people being at work. But it's a cute place and we are giving it more love as we go.

There is a small garden area outside that we are slowly doing up for summer.
