Looking for a flatmate to share with me in a 2 Bed east London based flat, available by start of SEPTEMBER (updated)
Closest tube stations: Canning Town (Jubilee Line) Custom House (Lizzie Line) & Plaistow (District Line)
The room is a very large double bedroom with large Smart TV,
Sharing Bathroom, and Living Room only with myself.

‼️Rent (including council tax) £880
‼️Bills: between £40-80 (average £50) monthly depending on season it’s a PAYG gas & electricity smart meter.
‼️ (a lil kitty for basic cleaning stuff available would be included in the above but open to discuss what to share etc.)
Flat is located on a 1st floor (no lift) in a building of 6 flats.
What I’m Looking for:
Someone who cool, level headed, tidy and considerate, life is Life’ing 😅 so I know we’re all busy doing or working so we don’t need to be besties - but mutual understanding and respect for each other is needed, eg just being proactive about the upkeep of shared space and just wanting to make the flat a place you can call home.

A bit about me:
I’m an actress and writer when employed to be 😅😮💨 but when I’m not I’m working in project coordination, creatively consulting, doing extra side gigs and hustles, gym and also enjoying my life (usually outside,)
All in all this space would be great for someone who is easy going, clean and has their own stuff going on.
