Fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, and a comfortable living area with a mini cinema.
- Extras:
Wi-Fi, washing machine with drying, and a balcony perfect for relaxing. Concierge 24/7 and small gym. There is a bike storage as well.
About Us:
We're a couple of easy-going and respectful young professionals/students who enjoy a balance of socializing and quiet time. We value cleanliness and a friendly atmosphere, also don’t mind playing some board games all together, or watch a film together on the projector.
Jonas (19, Lithuanian) - Works in construction Mon-Fri and also most weekends.
Maja (21, Polish) - Works currently in an Accountant Firm but soon to go University.
Requirements for us:
- Aged between 18-25 years old.
- Responsible, tidy, and respectful.
- Looking to move in on September 23, 2024.
- Open to sharing chores and contributing to a positive living environment.
Rent:
It’s £1,300 per month and approx. £220 for bills (per month)
