Description
Hello,
I’m Nas, working for the NHS in West London. My work can be demanding, so I value a peaceful and relaxing home environment where I can unwind after a long day.
I’m looking for a female lodger who appreciates a tidy, organized space and understands the importance of downtime. Also share love for cats. I have a cat called Lexi
The available room is a spacious double bedroom, furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and ample hanging space. There’s also parking available, though you’ll need to apply for a permit through the council. The previous lodger paid £27.50 due to having an older vehicle, but the cost for newer vehicles may be lower.
The location is excellent, situated between Zone 2 and Zone 3, with easy access to public transport. You’ll be close to both Canning Town (Jubilee Line, Zone 2) and Custom House (Elizabeth Line, Zone 3) stations.
For those who enjoy cycling, there’s space to store a bike in the back garden, and it’s possible to cycle to central London in about 40 minutes via a dedicated cycle highway—something my previous lodger did regularly.
The neighborhood is well-served with a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and even a swimming pool at Newham Leisure Centre.
If you have any questions or would like to know more, please feel free to get in touch.
Thank you!
