The location is just 6 minutes from Stratford via Elizabeth Lane, offering easy access to three different train stations within a 10-13 minute walk. Additionally, there are 24/7 bus services, and Elizabeth Lane provides a quick route to central London.

The single room is suitable for one person and features a shared toilet and bath with 1-2 others. The room dimension 12.5 feet in length and 5.8 feet in width, there is ample space under single bed , a wardrobe at the bottom, and a chair with a table for office work in the front.

Ideally, we seek a working professional or a diligent student with sufficient financial stability.

Pricing details are as follows:
- Long-term stay (6-12 months): Monthly total: £620 including all bills. Rent and deposit are required for the long term lease.
- Short-term stay (3-4 months): 12% more than the long-term price, with flexibility on the deposit.

- 1 to 2 months short let: 20% extra on the total, no deposit for a one-month stay, or a small deposit for over a month with rent due 10 days before the following month.
- Holiday let (2 weeks to 25 days): £30 per night for one person, inclusive of everything and services.
