Starting 21st of December 2025 a cozy Double room will be available in a shared house in Zone 3, East London. The location offers great connectivity, only a 6-minute ride from Stratford via the Elizabeth Line, with access to three different train stations within a 10-13 minute walk. Additionally, 24/7 bus services are nearby, and the Elizabeth Line provides quick access to central London.

The Double room is ideal for one person or very peaceful couple and it features shared bathroom facilities with 1-2 others. Room dimensions are 13.4 feet in length and 10.9 feet in width. It includes a comfortable Double bed , a large sized wardrobe by the bed, and 2 foldable chair with a small table for office work.

We are looking for a working professional or a responsible student with financial stability. Best for 1 person .

Note:- Only peaceful working couple without kids allowed with £200 P. M. extra charge including all bills due to very high dual occupancy cost. If not agree with the price for couple kindly do not request for couple without kids at all.

Pricing Options:

***. Long-term stay (6-12 months): £700 per month, all bills included. Rent and deposit are must required, along with a positive reference for a long-term lease.
***. Without deposit you may have a look for a short let.

Couple without kids :- £900 a month including all bills + deposit . Only working and peaceful couple allowed .

***. Short-term stay (3-4 months): £750 per month for 1 person (8%) more than the long-term rate), . All bills included.+ no deposit but pay in advance . For more information please communicate .

Couple without kids :- £950 per month including bills .

***. 1-2 month short term stay: £850 for the month (a little bit more than long let without any restriction ) all bills included. Payment is required in full at the start of the stay, with no price adjustment available.

Couple without kids :- £1050 for 1 -2 month including bills .

***. Holiday let (20-25 days): £45 per night for one person, £65 P. N. For 2 person inclusive of all bills and services.
