The room is a generous double suitable for one person (sorry, no couples). The wardrobes and shelving offer plenty of storage space and new smart lighting gives the room a relaxing atmosphere. The desk serves as a great place to work from home, or could make a great dressing table. Utility bills are included in the monthly price.

I'm an IT professional who works mainly from home, my partying days are long behind me and so the flat is a calm and peaceful environment.

The flat features a well equipped shared kitchen and bathroom, comfortable shared living room, and balcony. The property is on the top floor of a low-rise block accessed by lift, while the block claims to be accessible it may not be suitable for those with mobility needs. Small local shops are on the doorstep, with larger retail nearby in Ilford and Stratford City.

It’s a short walk to Manor Park or Ilford train stations on the Elizabeth Line, with quick and easy access into the city for work or leisure. There is a cycling route directly to Aldgate under construction moments away from the flat.
