The property is on the top floor of a low-rise block accessed by lift, while the block claims to be accessible it may not be suitable for those with mobility needs. Small local shops are on the doorstep, with larger retail nearby in Ilford and Stratford City.
It’s a short walk to Manor Park or Ilford train stations on the Elizabeth Line, with quick and easy access into the city for work or leisure. There is a cycling route directly to Aldgate under construction moments away from the flat.
