We have a room available from 27th October, so we are looking for someone to take over the remaining 1 month of the contract (ends on 28th November 2024), to then renew for another year. The flat is rented out by L&Q (Housing Association) so all admin/paperwork/referencing will be done through them.

We are friendly, sociable, and considerate, and both of us work with one of us working from home occasionally. We are ideally looking for someone similar.
