Hello, I am a current tenant. I am moving to my country and looking for a replacement.

The property is on the first floor and has 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 4 rooms. The room available is a double room furnished with a bed and mattress, wall, table, and 2 chairs: a small dustbin and a tower-style clothes drying rack were left by the previous tenants which are available to use as well.

The location is within 5 minutes' walk from the Custom House ( Elizabeth and DLR) and the Royal Dock DLR station. There is a Tesco Express 6 minutes away and many local shops within a 10-minute walk from the property. It is close to Canary Wharf. Near Excel Exhibition Centre and O2 arena. 2 minutes to Thames River and Emirates air cable car.

Rent includes all the bills including council tax and bi-weekly cleaner. 2 weeks rent as deposit and rent is payable every 2 weeks. Broadband is Included in the rent.

The landlord has a few conditions for the replacement or potential housemate, as follows:
1. Minimum stay of 6 months or longer
2. Previous landlord references
3. full-time employee
4. proof of income
