Furnished Double Room in house (East London)

I am looking for a flatmate to join me in a 2 bedroom house, the landlord has moved out, and so a fully furnished double room is available. We are based in Newham, with access to the Elizabeth Line, Jubilee Line, District, Circle and Hammersmith Lines and bus links to Stratford.

You'll have access to your own double room, up a single flight of stairs and it includes a bed and wardrobe. You’ll have access to a shared bathroom located downstairs, as well as use of the kitchen with appliances, and a shared living area (we have 2 living areas, so plenty of room). We also have a small garden, so you have access to outdoor space (and a chance to take care of some our our plants).

We’re looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. We may ask for a DBS.

If you drive, parking is available with a permit, which you can buy separately.
