Spacious Double Room in Friendly Home in Newham

I’m looking for a friendly and considerate housemate to join our lovely three-bedroom house in Plaistow. We have a spacious, fully furnished double room available and ready to move into.

The house is shared with one other housemate and me, although I’m only around 7–8 nights a month, usually mid-week because of work, travel and family commitments. So most of the time, there are just two people in the whole house, which keeps things nice and relaxed.

Large master bedroom (around 16 sqm), for single occupancy
New bed and mattress

Plenty of storage in the room and around the house
Shared bathroom upstairs, plus an extra toilet downstairs
House fully renovated a few years ago
Quiet, homely atmosphere - definitely not a party house
Peaceful cul-de-sac close to West Ham Park
Around 8–10 minutes' walk to Plaistow Station, with easy buses to Stratford
All bills included (utilities, council tax and internet)
Weekly cleaner for the shared areas

Who you’ll be sharing with:

Your main housemate is a friendly Italian professional in her 40s. She works long-ish hours, including a couple of days from home, and is often out at weekends. She’s into music, cinema, reading and yoga. We all do our own thing, but also share a meal or have some wine together from time to time.

We’re looking for someone who’s easy-going, tidy and considerate, and who appreciates a quiet and comfortable home. Ideally, someone who wants the place to feel like home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
