Hi, fellow (future) Londoner!
My name is Hanna (39, Professional) and I live in a charming 2-bed Victorian house with a garden in Stratford, E15.
The house is in a quiet residential area and only 10 minutes’ walk from Stratford Station (Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth Line + Mildmay Overground line, as well as National Rail). It is now officially Zone 2/3.
The room is partially furnished, with double bed (divan storage underneath), armchair and shelving. It overlooks the garden and the nearby park. It’s been freshly re-painted and deep cleaned in April 2025.
Downstairs there is a small hallway, a shared living room (currently used as part living room, part office), a large open kitchen with gas stove and electric oven (perfect for those who like to cook), a laundry area with a washing machine, and a bathroom with a washbasin, toilet, and an actual bathtub (for those who appreciate a good soak!)
All other spaces are fully furnished and have been lived in by me since 2013.
I have a senior rescue dog (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) who mostly snoozes all day and roams around the house freely when not asleep. He’s very friendly but also likes his space - we would ideally prefer someone who likes dogs, or who has experience being around them 🐶
