Description
We are three friends looking for a flatmate. Unfortunately one of our friends leave the country and we need to replace him.
We are like small family, long time than we live together. We are all full time workers. When we are together, we like to cook, enjoy the garden, and create activities. We are all from Spain, you can learn new language! We have good vibes, we want to find someone than can have the same air than us.

Lorena 37 years, artist and restaurant manager
Felix 34 years, artist and waiter
Naiara 29 years, head chef
About the house:
3 floors, 2 full bathrooms with shower, one small toilet is the top floor, garden, living room and kitchen.
About the area:
Very quiet and relax
You have a park 10’ walk. Gym 24h open at 5’.
The station is Plaistow and is 5-10’ walk from home. There are one Coop supermarket close to use, but you can find Tesco, Iceland too.

Internet £9.54
Water: £18.25
Council: £36
Gas and electricity: it depends on consumption, between £25 to £70 in winter time…
Obviously the bills could change, if the government increase
