We’re looking for someone to take over our tenancy in a beautiful, welcoming 3 bhk, conveniently placed at a walking distance from Stratford and Bromley-By-Bow stations. The lease was signed for 2 years and we’re nearing our break clause end January.
The flat is occupied by 3 other lovely young professional women - one an arts professional, one working in finance and me in psychology.
We’re looking for someone to take over my en-suite room and my friends’ room with the shared bathroom.
We would like someone who will make the space their own, while being respectful and friendly. The room comes furnished. Council tax band is E, bills are not included and split equally.
