Hello! We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our brand-new 90 Sq. ft. two-bedroom flat. Everything in the room and apartment is newly furnished, so you’d be moving into a fresh, comfortable space.

You’d be sharing the flat with Santiago (my boyfriend) and me. We’re both from Bolivia and work full-time in London—Santiago is a Quant Analyst in energy trading, and I work in SEO at a marketing agency.

We’re looking for a sociable flatmate who’s comfortable with having friends over occasionally for board games, drinks, or dinners on weekends. Weekdays are more relaxed—we usually go to the gym, play PS5, cook at home, and catch up with our flatmate.
