One very large room overlooking the park itself. This room is really large and overlooks the park. There's a bit of noise from the road, but the view is really nice: £850

One small room on the top floor at the back of the house. The room is very small, but there's some extra storage space at the top of the stairs and is very quiet: £550

The house itself has a kitchen, dining room, a living room and a garden that is shared for all, so the house is more social than most HMOs and the existing tenants (three professional women) will choose their housemates.

It's an old house, but slowly getting fixed up. Opposite West Ham Park, a beautiful park with wide open spaces, tennis courts, etc. It's 15 minutes walk (or very short bus) to Stratford Station (zone 2), or 8 minute walk to Plaistow station. Bus stop for returning home is very close.
