I’m looking for someone to take over two bedrooms in a large house, just 5 minutes walk from Maryland station.

Situated in a great location, just a 15 minute walk to Stratford city centre, with close proximity to Hackney Wick and Olympic park.

The house comes with a shared kitchen, with two bathrooms, living room and patio / garden area.

Rent comes to £520 a month, for the small room, and £580 for the large, not including bills, which usually come to around £50 overall.

Move in date is flexible around the beginning of December.
