We have two freshly redecorated, fully furnished double rooms available in our friendly LGBTQ+ live-in home at Burford Wharf, Stratford E15.

This is a live-in household, not a separate tenancy. You would be sharing with a friendly gay couple, both working full-time, and our very elderly cat Gin, who is around 20 years old, calm and mostly sleeps.

The flat is peaceful, secure, clean and homely. There is no separate shared living room, but there is a fully equipped kitchen with an eating/work area, plus private outside space in front of the apartment where you can sit, eat, have coffee, work on a laptop or relax.

Although there is no separate shared lounge, the flat has usable space outside the bedrooms, including the kitchen eating/work area and the private outside seating area in front of the apartment. You do not need to eat, work or spend all your time in your room.

🌿 OUTSIDE SPACE

One of the nicest features of the flat is the outdoor setup.

You can sit outside under the canopy, use the table and chairs, eat, work on a laptop, have coffee, or relax in the private area in front of the apartment. The flat also opens directly onto a large secure residents’ courtyard.

🐾 PETS

We have Gin, our elderly cat, who is around 20 years old. She is very calm and mostly sleeps.

Pets may be considered very carefully, but only if compatible with Gin. Cats may be considered case-by-case. Dogs are unlikely to be suitable because Gin needs a calm environment.
