Mezzanine double available in west ham

We (2F) are looking for a flatmate (1M) to join us in our cosy and modern flat in a beautiful converted school building in West Ham (E15).

The room is a mezzanine room with windows looking into our high-ceiling lounge - plenty of natural light gets through our double height lounge windows and all windows are double glazed. The bathroom is shared between yourself and 1 other flatmate.

Room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk.

2 working professionals who are also friends - we are both outgoing and social but also enjoy the flat being our place to relax and reboost (introverted extroverts)

Cleanliness and tidiness is important for us.

We’re both into reading, going to gigs, travel, and cooking :)

Bills per month come to approx £100 including council tax - we spend relatively little on energy as the flat stays very warm through winter.
