I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely flat in East London.
Flat is in a great location. 5mins walk to the DLR, 11mins to the Lizzie line and 8mins on the bus to the jubilee line (or 20mins walk).
💷Rent: £1000pcm
💡Bills: £120-£150 depending on season
🔐 Deposit: approx. 5 weeks rent
📦Move in date: 28th Feb 2026 with flexibility.
You’ll have to sign onto the tenancy agreement (subject to landlord references and checks). The tenancy ends 21st March 2027.
The room is a good size and comes fully furnished. There’s also extra some storage space for you outside of the room. You’ll be sharing with An (25) who works full time and is only occasionally WFH. She’s friendly and social but also respects personal space. Bonus is she’s currently in a baking phase 🥐
