Location: East London Zone 3
Payment: £400 per month bills included + £400 deposit
Ideal Candidate: Clean and quite female, 24-34 y/o, don’t smoke, don’t have pet, don’t bring ppl back
Note: Sign direct contract with landlord so must go through video call interview with him and if your credit is below 700 or refuse to do a credit check you could pay full in advance (3 months + 1 month deposit)
Flatmates: 5 Europeans in their 20s and early 30s, quite during 23-6 so expect similar lifestyle, must coordinate cleaning schedule
House: old Victorian house with spacious living room and kitchen. 5B2.5B shared common space with 5 others and 1 shower 1 extra toilet with 4 others (1 got ensuite)

Pros:
- 30min to Liverpool St Station and 1hr to anywhere in London
- 1min walk to bus takes you to multiple lines: Elizabeth, DLR, District, Hammersmith & City
- Flatmates with great communication, healthy lifestyle, hard to find these days
- Really nice landlord (formal sublet contract with the landlord directly)
Cons:
- A bit far from the tube (20min on the map 15min walk from my experience)
- Can only sublet for 3-4 months, impossible to extend
- 5 ppl sharing 1 shower is a bit much, sometimes you might need to wait
- Space is really small, please understand what’s a box room in London, common area could only fit 1 large suitcase (could put another carry on in the large)
- The street got bus passing by frequently not suitable for light sleeper

Just trying to manage expectation, the price and location are unbeatable but there’s obvious downside, please don’t waste each others time asking the same info mentioned above. If your interested feel free to pm
