Hi everyone! We’re looking for a clean and respectful housemate to rent a double room with a private ensuite in a modern 3-storey house near the riverside and Excel.

    •    Shelves and side tables currently in the room – happy to discuss if you’d like them to stay or be removed

    •    Separate laundry room
    •    Large 3-storey home with plenty of space
    •    Peaceful and homely atmosphere
🐾 We also have a lovely cat who is very friendly but mostly keeps to himself.

    •    7 min walk to West Silvertown (DLR)
    •    14 min walk to Custome house (Elizabeth Line & DLR)
    •    20 min walk to Canning Town (Jubilee Line & DLR)
    •    5 min bus to Canning Town
💷 Bills
Bills are not included and usually come to around £100–£150 per month depending on usage.
Looking for someone tidy, considerate but also easy-going who will treat the house like a home.
