Hello hello! My friend just moved out, and I am looking for a new flatmate from March/April 2026.

The apartment is located between Custom House (Lizzy) and West Silvertown (DLR) stations - the place is very well connected (Underground, DLR, Buses, Uberboat, CableCar to O2 - you name it), it takes me 20 mins to get to work in Soho in the morning.

It is a two-bedroom apartment with lots of space and lots of light. It is located in a very quiet area with nice views of the Docks/Canal. The apartment has a very large common area with a sofa and TV, a dining table and an office space. The room is a big double room with lots of storage space and a balcony (see photos). If needed, the room is also big enough to fit a desk.

These are the approximate bills per month (for 2 people):

£144 - council tax
£61 - water
£80 - energy
£30 - internet

In addition, we have a cleaning lady coming - she is taking £60 per week to clean the whole apartment and to change the bedsheets, so we never have to argue about cleaning the bathroom :)

If you drive, there are lots of spaces outside for street parking. If you prefer to park in a garage, this can be agreed with the landlady (probably for a little extra fee).

I am looking for a friendly flatmate to share a peaceful space. I am an outgoing, social person - I like to go out with friends to enjoy London's independent music scene, but at home I am usually chilling with a book or a Netflix true crime documentary. I work Monday-Friday from 9 to 6pm in Soho, but I usually spend Tuesday and Wednesday working from home. During the weekends, I like to go wander around London or go on hikes (once the weather improves, hopefully).

Let me know if you have any questions. This apartment is a really cool place; it is warm, quiet, and dry. We have all of the necessary appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, etc), and the place is fully furnished. I am open to both short-term and long-term tenancies, as long as I can find someone who will treat this place with care.
