The house is a lovely two-storey Victorian terrace with plenty of space: two bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom, a separate living room, a spacious kitchen, and a cosy backyard ready for summer BBQs and sunny evenings o the ground level.

Rent: £1,000 pcm
Bills: split equally on top (around £200pcm)

Stratford station 10 minutes by walk

Stratford city center: 5 minutes away

Morrison 24/7: 5 minutes by walk

Westfield and bus stop for Stansted airport: 15 minutes away

What I am looking for and about me:

A bit about me: LGBTQ+ friendly, music lover, sociable and easy-going. I’m looking for someone who’s not only happy to be a named tenant, but who’d also enjoy creating a friendly home together. Someone who’s up for the occasional chat, a pint, dinner or exploring London now and then, while still respecting each other’s space.
