We have a 5 bedroom house and within this, we have a bedroom and bathroom on the second floor to rent out to a female. The bathroom adjacent to the bedroom, will be for your use only. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with a memory foam mattress, wardrobe and chest drawers.
Kitchen will be shared use. Fully prepared dinner every evening is an included option for you (I will go into details).
