Double Room for £975 excl bills available mid-Sept

Hi!
We are looking for a flatmate to buddy up with. We have a double room available from mid-Sept 2026 for £975 excl bills! The flat is located in a really nice new build near Stratford. Just a 5 mins walk from the nearest station, very well connected to central.

We’re looking for a working muslim woman preferably to join us as we want the flat to be a no-men zone. We’d like someone clean, considerate and friendly :) We have a lot of experience living with other people in different flatshares so we know how to make a flat feel like a home while still being respectful of shared spaces. You would be sharing a bathroom with only one of us. The room also has enough space for a work desk.

Requirements:
- no bringing guys home (sorry!) except for family members with notice
- no alcohol
- cleanliness and tidiness is a must
- friendly and easygoing
- Deposit is £1250
- bills are usually £100 to £140 on the coldest months - including council tax, water, WiFi, and electricity.
