We have this lovely and bright double room available in a friendly and peaceful house share in East London.

This room is not available to couples.

The house is located in Plaistow (District and Hammersmith & City lines). It's only 15 mins from the City of London (financial district) and 25 mins from the city centre (Westminster). Only a 5/10 mins bus ride to Westfield Stratford (biggest shopping centre in Europe with a large array of restaurants and shops) and the Olympic Park. You can walk there in 15 mins.

There is on-street parking just outside the house.

The room is available to view from the 3rd of October and ready to move into from the 5th of the same month.

Rent is £998 per month. The rent includes all bills and Super fast 350 Mbps Virgin Fibre Optic business Broadband. The minimum stay is 6 months. The deposit is £1100.

We are not an agency. This was our family home for many years but we have moved away for work reasons and now let it out. We try to look after our tenants as best as we can by making sure the house is clean, safe and comfortable for everyone to enjoy.
