It is very secure with a gated entry to a courtyard, a separate door to the building (shared with only two other flats) which operate with fobs.

The room available comes unfurnished however has huge built-in double wardrobe, with space for extra storage units e. g. chest of drawers.

The flat is in a fab location - 4 mins walk to various buses - only 30 mins to anywhere central. 7 mins walk to overground at Dalston Kingsland, Canonbury or Dalston Junction.
Just up the road you have Stoke Newington with its mass of restaurants and pubs, and around the corner Dalston, with a large Sainsburys, new M&S Food Hall, bars and places to dance the night away! Newington green is a 2 minute walk, and if you’d like a larger green space Clissold park is 10 minute walk.

I'm moving out due to buying a place of my own, have loved living here for nearly 2 years.

The other house mate is actually looking to move out in early July, so if you are two friends that are flexible with move in dates that could work too!
