We are looking for a friendly, reliable tenant to rent our modern, cosy, and fully furnished two-bedroom flat in a wonderful Victorian house in Islington (N1 ). You will have exclusive use of the master bedroom, a spacious, light-filled room with a king-size bed, memory foam pillows, and an en-suite shower room.

I am based in Frome, Somerset, but I work in London and need to stay in the spare bedroom approximately one night per week (or less). Outside of those nights, you are welcome to use the second bedroom as you wish.

**About Me & Who I am Looking For**

I am an academic, and my husband Adam runs a software company. We have relocated to Somerset, and you will have the flat to yourself most of the time. I am easygoing, respectful, and sociable but will only be around for three to four nights per month.

We are looking for a clean, responsible, and considerate tenant who will enjoy and take care of our home.
