Super bright, large Newington home for a housemate

Cosy room available in a lovely, bright four bedroom house with a very large kitchen, living room and garden in the picturesque Newington Green (5 mins walk from Dalston). Available to move in yesterday. :)

We are a super chilled house that's likes to cook sit down meals together and chat about each others days over a glass of wine but are also respectful of each others privacy.

We are primarily looking for a female house-mate to keep a gender balance in the house but it's not necessarily a deal breaker.
