I live in a 4 bedroom mid terrace house 2 mins from Newington Green. I am the owner & like to share with 2 housemates, preferably professionals, self contained, relaxed, sociable & house trained.
The rooms to rent are both doubles one a compact double with excellent storage £700 the other a large double with a lovely king size bed £850. There is also a guest bedroom. There is a bathroom upstairs & a shower/wet room downstairs.

There is a large kitchen diner & to the rear we have a lovely bright sittingroom which leads to a deck & garden. The house has newly installed central heating & is cosy warm & comfortable.
We are situated 2 mins from Newington Green & 5mins from Dalston high road, Dalston Kingsland overground station, the wonderful street market, shops, restaurants, culture, art & nightlife.
