A double room and private bathroom available to sublet now til the end of October/early November. Am currently stuck in NZ due to the pandemic, so my space is available.

£750 p/month that can be pro rata to duration. Includes bills

7 min walk from Canonbury station, 10 mins walk to beautiful Clissold Park and Stoke Newington. 

Bus 141, 73, 476, 341, 21 pretty much at your front door. Old Street, Kings Cross and Angel a very easy commute.

Less than 5 min walk from Tesco

1-5 minute walk to great cheese, wine, bakery shops, yoga studio and great restaurants e. g. Jolene, Primeur, Perilla. Great mix for foodies a stones throw from the the flat.

It’s a 3 bedroom flat set up. Sharing with a lovely couple and one other female. International mix. All friendly. Preference for a female flatmate to join.

No lounge, but the room is very spacious and peaceful. Kitchen well equipped.
